Orientation Day: 13 January 2026
This day is exclusively for new children starting at our school.
It provides an opportunity for children and parents to meet the teachers, explore the school environment, and ease gently into the Little Red Hen community ahead of the official start of Term 1.

This fee covers each child's stationery and toiletry needs for the full 2025 school year. Timely payment helps ensure all materials are prepared and available before the start of Term 1

Nappies and wet wipe reminder for Parents:
Parents of children in the Scratch Patch Classes (Caterpillars and Busy Bees) are kindly requested to supply their own nappies and wet wipes.

Payment Terms
School fees are payable in advance and are due before the 5th of each month, from January through November 2026.
​
Early Payment Option for January:
To assist with the January 2026 fee, parents may choose to make payment in December 2025. This payment will be carried forward and applied to January’s account.
Monthly Due Dates Example:

March Fees – due by 5 March, and so on through to November.

Annual Payment Discount Options

We are pleased to offer two discount options for families who wish to settle the full year's school fees in advance:
Option 1: Early Payment (Maximum Discount)

Discount: R2000 off the annual fee

Confirmation Required By: 15 November 2025

Option 2: Standard Annual Payment Discount

Pay in Full by: 15 January 2026

Discount: R1000 off the annual fee

School Uniforms
​​​Please note that school uniform t-shirts are compulsory for all children in our Grade R class.

We are currently awaiting updated pricing from our uniform supplier.
Detailed information regarding the uniform requirements and the ordering process will be shared with all 2026 Grade R parents shortly.
